Abydos Temple

It is located in Abydos city about 84 Miles north of Luxor. The temple was built by King Seti I, and completed by his son King Ramses II around 1225 BC, known as temple of Seti I. It was built on the honor of God Osiris (God of mummification). This temple was built mainly of Limestone, but a part of it was built of sand stone.
